Dieterle Named to Olivet College Board of Trustees

OLIVET, Mich., May 17 -- Olivet College issued the following news:
Michael Dieterle has been named to the Olivet College Board of Trustees, according to an announcement by David Hayhow, board chair. He will serve a four-year term.
Dieterle, of Novi, serves as vice president, field marketing and underwriting, of Amerisure Insurance. His 35-year career with the company also includes serving as part of the senior leadership team for the corporate office in Farmington Hills, as well as past experience as branch manager in Memphis, and regional vice president in Dallas and Florida. In addition, he has served on the Amerisure Charitable Foundation Board.
A 1977 graduate of Olivet College, Dieterle has remained committed to advancing the institution as an alumnus. He has been involved with the Olivet Insurance Advisory Board for a number of years, and has employed many Olivet College insurance students upon their graduation. A philanthropist in his community, he has volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club, Special Olympics and St. James Church.
He and wife, Jan, also a 1977 Olivet graduate, have three children: Stacey, Justin and Andrea.
