Dayhuff Group Unveils Guidewire-FileNet Integration Framework
Proquest LLC
Dayhuff Group unveiled a new framework for integrating Guidewire with FileNet that speeds implementation and lowers integration costs by as much as 50 percent.
According to a company release, the Dayhuff Guidewire-FileNet Framework addresses document and workflow requirements by identifying the most common user input streams and the hardware that is currently used for effective document capture, storage, retrieval and workflow management. Capturing the input streams correctly ensures property processes are not delayed no matter where they are in the property and casualty process lifecycle.
Dayhuff Group said it then uses its more than 15 years of ECM expertise to enable Guidewire to communicate with FileNet. No custom coding is required, reducing implementation time and costs.
"Property and casualty insurers are looking for ways to automate paper-based processes and improve customer service," said Corey Dayhuff, president of Dayhuff Group. "By using our framework, underwriters and adjusters will reduce time spent looking for files or other pertinent information. The data can easily be accessed through the Guidewire user interface upon deployment."
Dayhuff Group provides Enterprise Content Management (ECM), business intelligence and analytics solutions.
