Sept. 30--The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls Sunday.

Suspicious

3:03 p.m. Reports of suspicious gunshots in Ten Lakes Township.

9:34 a.m. Vehicle tampering reported in the 2700 block of First Street SE in Bemidji Township.

Driving violations

11:38 a.m. A 54-year-old male was cited for speeding on Highway 72 NE in Blackduck.

8:21 a.m. A juvenile male was cited for driving without a license at Paul Bunyan Drive NW and Hannah Avenue NW.

Animal

9:17 a.m. Deputies were advised of cattle getting out of the pasture on the 30000 block of Two Creeks Road NE.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls Saturday.

Disturbing the peace

10:50 p.m. Deputies responded to noise complaint for second time on the 5000 block of 15th Street NW. A 51-year-old was cited.

Agency assist

10:32 p.m. Assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a traffic stop on Highway 2 and a 21-year-old male and a 24-year-old female and another female, no age given, were arrested on various charges.

Warrants

1:02 p.m. A 50-year-old male was arrested on several Beltrami County warrants, along with several new charges, on the 4800 block of Jackpine Road NW.

1:21 a.m. A 40-year-old male was arrested on Beltrami County warrant on U.S. Highway 2.

Animal

11:15 a.m. Deer struck on the 400 block of Lake Ave. NE.

DWI

3:04 a.m. A 46-year-old female was arrested for DWI on Highway 89 and Aure Road NE.

11:44 p.m. A 38-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Highway 371 in Cass Lake.

7:14 p.m. A 26-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding Beltrami County warrant on the 2000 block of Roosevelt Road SE.

Theft

10:41 p.m. Three juvenile males arrested after burglary reported and fleeing from police on foot.

1:44 a.m. Theft from residence reported in the 4700 block of Kappes Lane SE in Cass Lake.

Search warrant

10:1 p.m. A 37-year-old male and an 18-year-old male arrested after a SWAT search warrant executed 4300 block of Luomas Lane SE in Cass Lake.

10:55 a.m. A 44-year-old female was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance after traffic stop at 15th Street and Delton Ave. NW.

Harassment

8:29 a.m. Police were informed of a complaint of a candy bar that was reported unsealed at the time of purchase on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Burglary

6:02 a.m. Report of a burglary on the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.

Assault

8:36 p.m. A 22-year-old female was arrested for assaulting nurses at the 1300 block of Anne Street NW.

Hit-and-run

8:27 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at 30th Street NW and Hannah Ave. NW.

Welfare check

7:42 p.m. A homeless, vulnerable adult was transported to a local shelter and referred to social services.

5:19 p.m. A courtesy ride was provided for intoxicated individual to Little Norway Trailer court.

8:01 a.m. A male was reported laying off the roadway along Bemidji Avenue. He was checked on and was OK.

5:59 a.m. An intoxicated male was found in the roadway along Roosevelt Road SE and Lake Ave. SE. Subject was transported to relative's residence.

Animal

7:09 p.m. A female pit bull was placed in impound after caller found it wandering near Ninth Street and Minnesota Avenue.

Theft

4:23 p.m. Two juvenile females cited for shoplifting on 600 block of Washington Ave. S.

2:35 p.m. Theft of items from a yard was reported in the 700 block of Lincoln Ave. SE.

1:23 p.m. A 37-year-old male was cited for theft on the 600 block of Washington Ave. S.

Accident

10:10 a.m. Two-vehicle accident with no injuries reported on 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S.

Driving violations

9:04 a.m. A 34-year-old was cited for driving after revocation and no insurance after a traffic stop on the 1700 block of Bemidji Ave. N.

Disorderly conduct

4:21 a.m. A 19-year-old male was cited for underage consumption and disorderly conduct after police assisted campus security with intoxicated male who had urinated all over another student's dorm room at the 300 block of 23rd Street NE.

1:54 a.m. A 37-year-old female and a 23-year-old female were arrested and cited for engaging in a physical altercation on the 100 block of Third Street NW.

Property

3:43 a.m. A white beach bag was found containing computer CDs and power cords in the 900 block of 26th Street NW. No owner information inside. Bag was placed in evidence in case owner calls to report lost or stolen items.

DWI

2:16 a.m. A 24-year-old male3 was cited for DWI on the 1500 block of Bemidji Ave. N.

Disturbing the peace

12:03 a.m. Report of a loud party on the 800 block of Delton Ave. NW. Upon arrival, party was broken up.

10:32 p.m.Assist Minnesota State Patrol with traffic stop on U.S. Highway 2. A 21-year-old female with out-of-county warrant was transported to Beltrami County Jail.

Trespass

8:52 p.m. Caller reported kids climbing on building on 400 block of Lincoln Ave. SE. Officer located suspects and transported them home.

Welfare check

3:20 p.m. Officer responded to call of scantily clad older gentleman picking up trash along Anne Street. Upon officer arrival, the male was gone and could not be located.

Fire

1:27 p.m. A lawn mower fire was reported on the 4900 block of Sherman Drive NE. Fire Department put out fire; lawn mower was a total loss.

Theft

12:05 p.m. Three juveniles cited for shoplifting on 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Probation violations

12:35 a.m. A 40-year-old male was arrested for probation violations at the request of probation officer.

Assault

7:25 a.m. Assault between two inmates at Beltrami County Jail reported.

Burglary

4:43 a.m. A 36-year-old male was arrested after resident called 911 to report unknown male in the residence on the 1300 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

Ordinance violations

1:13 a.m. A 36-year-old male was cited for urinating in public on the 100 block of Third Street NW.

Driving violations

12:39 a.m. A 21-year-old female was cited for no driver's license and driving outside of designated lane.

Underage consumption

12:10 a.m. A 18-year-old male was cited for underage consumption after a traffic stop on 1500 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.

11:19 p.m. Report of a loud party at 1000 block of Dewey Ave. NE. Party was broken up and tenant advised landlord would be receiving a letter.

3:27 a.m. Loud party complaint reported at 800 block of 26th Street NW. Renter removed partygoers and was advised letter will be sent to landlord.

Disorderly conduct

10:19 p.m. Removal requested of intoxicated male from lobby of Law Enforcement Center.

10:51 a.m. Intoxicated male removed from private property on the 400 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.

Public relations

5:59 p.m. Assistance for locating shelter for homeless person on 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

Theft

5:47 p.m. Report of theft from vehicle at Paul Bunyan Mall.

5:12 p.m. Vehicle that was rented on 2300 block of Paul Bunyan Drive was involved in pursuit in Nevada. Vehicle listed as stolen.

12:18 p.m. A 29-year-old male was cited for shoplifting on the 2700 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

12:44 p.m. A 44-year-old male was cited for driving after revocation after a traffic stop on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

11:04 a.m. A 29-year-old male was cited for speeding after a traffic stop on the 300 block of Pershing Ave. SE.

9:43 a.m. A 21-year-old female was cited after an accident involving a pedestrian on hte 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

Hit-and-run

10:15 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Warrant

7:49 a.m. A 26-year-old male with a misdemeanor warrant turned himself into jail.

Trespass

6:10 a.m. A 44-year-old male was arrested after being told to leave a business on 400 block of Bemidji Ave. N.

12:14 a.m. A 22-year-old male and a 26-year-old male were cited after reports of a broken window at apartment building on the 2500 block of Phoenix Loop NW.
