March 04--Delbert Sexton, 36, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with no visible injury and was sentenced to 60 days probation after five days served. Sexton was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Bridgette L. Rhodes, 39.

Rebecca Terry, 24, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served on each charge. Terry was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Morton Dwight Cannon, 43.

A bench warrant was issued for Leslie T. Neighbors, 24

Randy R. Yoakem, 32, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended to reckless driving. Yoakem was ordered to pay a $50 fine.

A bench warrant was issued for Erik L. Buecker, 36.

Barbara A. Franklin, 45, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Franklin was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Crystal G. Jones, 36, pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge. Jones was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Blake A. Meridith, 34, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury and was sentenced to 180 days probation. Meridith was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Paul Mcknight, 57, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the second degree and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 60 days served. Mcknight was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Adam G. Barton, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Barton was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Alexander R. Kerr pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Kerr was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Kim D. Dearing, 44.

Ana P. Salinas, 26, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and no operators/moped license. Salinas was sentenced to 30 days probation on the second charge and was ordered to pay $193 in court costs.

Nicholas Lynn Tabor, 31, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Tabor was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Blake Meridith, 34, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place and was ordered to pay a $50 fine in addition to $233 in court costs.

Nathaniel J. Clark, 22, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting and was sentenced to 30 days probation after 4 days served. Clark was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Jeffery T. Sanders, 39.

A bench warrant was issued for Danielle Gordon, 36.

A bench warrant was issued for Brandon Edward Geary, 19.

Kenneth Embry pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense, and rear license no illuminated. Embry was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $1,173 in court costs.
