Feb. 28--A bench warrant was issued for Lewis R. Ireland, Jr., 44.

A bench warrant was issued for Billy S. Byrd, 41.

A bench warrant was issued for David Jessie, 33.

Angela Kerr, 20, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after five days served. Kerr was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Johnathan K. Haynes, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Haynes was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

Quinton Lee Broughton, 41, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered t opay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Jeffrey S. Bauereiss, 33.

Jerry D. Coleman, 52, pleaded guilty to first degree possession of an unspecified drug, which was amended to second degree, first offense. Coleman was sentenced to 365 days probation after 60 days served and was ordered to pay $153 in court costs. Charges of failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator's license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, and possession of a; controlled substance prescription not in original container were merged and/or dismissed.

Eric Poradish, 45, pleaded guilty to 23 counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 22 days served. Poradish was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Heather M. Uebelacker, 41, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Uebelacker was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Carl Gifford, 24, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 60 days probation after 20 days served. Gifford was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Travis Coogle, 34.

Jason P. Landis, 27, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, third aggravator offense; failure of owner to maintain required insurance; driving on a DUI-suspended license, first aggravator offense; and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle. Landis was sentenced to 365 days probation after 180 days served on the first charge, 90 days to serve on the second charge, 365 days probation after 180 days served on the final two charges. Time served is to run concurrently. Landis was ordered to pay $1,048 in court costs.

Dalton Rankon, 21, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Rankon was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Anna Hall, 18, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of a person under 21 years of age, and operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license. Hall was ordered to pay $375 in fines and $518 in court costs.

Johnny A. Vincent, 57, pleaded guilty to no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Vincent was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $20 in fines.

Amanda E. Galvez, 24, pleaded guilty to no operator's/moped license, which was amended to no license in possession; and speeding 24 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. Galvez was ordered to pay $55 in court costs and $198 in court costs.

Billy J. Hammons, 22, pleaded guilty to no operator's/moped license, which was amended to no license in possession. Hammons was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Kimberly G. Hood, 50, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Hood was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Kimberly Johnson, 23, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served. Johnson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Scottie L. Clemons, 36, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, driving on a DUI-suspended license, possession of a synthetic cannabinoid agonist or piperazines. Clemons was sentenced to 30 days probation on the second charge, 90 days probation after 10 days served on the third charge, 45 days probation after two days served on the final two charges. Clemons was ordered to pay $25 in fines and $178 in court costs.
