The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations to complete Project No. ZNRE 15-4332, Repair Tower & Rec Roof, bldg 4302, Yokota Air Base Japan. The following scope of work is expressed in general terms and in no way limits the Contractor's responsibility: Construction only projects to maintain roofs. Location; Tower/Recreation Room Bldg 4301, East Military Family Housing (MFH), Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. The Contractor awarded the contract shall perform all necessary work to complete the project in accordance with the specifications. The estimated amount of the project is: Between []10,394,390 ($100,000) and []25,985,975 ($250,000) in accordance with FAR 36.204 (c), which means the Government Cost Estimate fails in this magnitude. Please e-mail to the Point of Contract (POC) below to receive further information on the subject project. Site Visit: The site visit for bidders will be conducted on 4 Aug 14, at 0930 hours. The Government will not provide transportation to participants. Therefore, the participants shall use own vehicles. Hard hat(s)/helmet(s) for their own use will be necessary if they wish to climb ladders. Participants who needed to obtain a one-day pass shall make an appointment with POC in advance, and come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 0900 hours. Bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's licence with 8 digits password). For the vehicle pass, bring the propoer original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you unable to enter the base.
