This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is UNAWRD-14-T-LIV4 and this combined synopsis-solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation is unrestricted and all interested Vendors shall submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811310. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to perform, for a period of a base year plus one option year, the performance of maintenance and repair of tents. Offerors are required to indicate the unit price and the total cost for the following items: Base year 1- Recurring Monthly Maintenance for PVC tents located at AFSBn-Italy, Depot Area. The contractor shall perform also the ordinary maintenance of the volt-generator, heating system, and lighting system in accordance with Para. 1 of the attached Performance Work Statement Quantity 10 (months) Unit price ____________ Total amount_________ 2- Extraordinary repair, not to exceed 3 each, for PVC tents located at AFSBn-Italy, Depot Area. Extraordinary call with response within 24 hours due to bad weather condition damages (to include utilization of a maximum of 30 square feet of PVC), in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement Quantity 3 (Lump Sum) Unit price __________ Total amount__________ 3- Contract Manpower Reporting: The Contractor is required to report all Contractor manpower (to include subcontractor manpower) required for the performance of this contract.
