Chiliad Inc. Names Thomas R. Sobocinski National Healthcare Executive; Brings More Than 30 years Experience in Healthcare Provider and Insurance Industries

Chiliad Inc., the leader in iterative discovery solutions for big data analytics, today announced the appointment of Thomas R. Sobocinski as National Healthcare Executive. In his new role, Sobocinski will expand Chiliad’s marketing of solutions that enable the healthcare industry leverage big data to improve standards of care while driving down costs.

Tom has extensive leadership experience in both healthcare insurance and care provider networks, including executive roles in acute/long term care, senior adult living providers, and regional insurance companies.

Prior to joining Chiliad, Tom was National Director of Health Care Practice at Baker Tilly International. He was also Chairman of the Board for Abri Health Plan Inc., a Medicaid managed care organization, and Regional Director for Kindred Healthcare, Inc., a diversified provider of post-acute care services. Before that, Tom held key executive and management positions in Extendicare Health Services, Inc., Physicians Plus Insurance, and Humana/Care Network.
