Cara Byrne Appointed President and CEO of BMSI Holdings, Inc.

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of BMSI Holdings Inc., announced today that Cara Byrne, a long time officer of the company, has been named President and CEO of the Companies.

In her new role Ms. Byrne will oversee the strategic operations of BancInsure and Matterhorn Financial Services. Cara Byrne has been a valued part of the BancInsure team since the inception of the company in 1985, holding a number of positions in marketing, corporate operations, and underwriting. Most recently she held the position of Vice President of Property and Casualty Underwriting for BancInsure.
