Capstone Financial Group, Inc. Announces Tracy Veatch as Chief Audit Officer

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Capstone Financial Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CAPP) ("Capstone"), an investment and merchant banking group, has promoted Tracy Veatch to Chief Audit Officer, the firm announced today. In her new role, Veatch will oversee Capstone's internal audit department and report to the board of directors' audit committee. She will also be actively involved in the company's corporate governance efforts.

Veatch has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in investment, estate planning and charitable giving. She was formerly a compliance officer and first vice president with Capstone, overseeing the firm's compliance department. She was also responsible for licensing and regulations, quality assurance, email monitoring and enforcement of FINRA's rules and regulations.

Veatch joined Capstone as a vice president and investment executive in 2012 after holding several positions, including investment advisor, at Washington Mutual JPMorgan Chase for a decade. She is currently pursuing her MBA in International Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
