CETA Insurance celebrates further success in anniversary year

The innovation recognised by the award was technology that allows the company to expand its product range quickly and easily, offering new insurance policies both direct to consumers and through channels like affiliates, white-labels and CETA's own broker network.
CETA has put years of online selling experience into developing "CETA Creator," a tool that allows the commonly to quickly put together the forms, databases and website front-ends required to launch a new product.

The example examined in detail by the award jury was event insurance, which was first offered a year ago. Insure My Event is the website created to sell direct to the public, with helpful information about the risks surrounding events like weddings, fetes and festivals, and the cover available to offset those risks, as well as the opportunity to compare quotes from leading insurers, quickly and easily.
But it's not just about the website - the system caters for all the associated emails, newsletters documentation, text messaging and dedicated phone lines that are there to customers.
As the business was established in 1993, this is the twentieth anniversary year, with the company still in the same business park in Chipping Norton where it began. Starting with two people back then, the company now writes over 5,000 policies a month and provides employment for over 100 local people, many of them providing a completely
