San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 03, 2012
Blue Shield of CA has announced an expanded Specialty Benefits RAF program to help small group clients get comprehensive coverage for less. Blue Shield of California is now offering new and renewing Blue Shield clients a 2.5% RAF discount off their medical rate when they purchase dental and vision coverage with Blue Shield at the same time as their medical coverage.
Certain conditions do apply to qualify for the RAF promotion. New medical groups must purchase all three products-medical, dental and vision coverage at the same time. Groups with a .90 RAF are ineligible. Existing Blue Shield groups have to meet a separate set of requirements. Compare Health Insurance is a California health insurance broker which represents Blue Shield and advises California businesses on how to qualify and apply for coverage
John Weiss, owner of Compare Health Insurance, says "health insurance carriers have regular discount promotions and its important to check with a broker to update new programs". The staff at Compare Health Insurance works with General Agents to process applications and service clients throughout the state of California.
