OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BancInsure’s President and CEO, Cara Byrne, signed a letter of intent today with KnightBrook Insurance Company. “This new partnership allows BancInsure to honor its steadfast commitment to provide A rated paper to the financial institution marketplace,” stated Byrne.

The BancInsure Program will issue KnightBrook Insurance Company policies that include BancInsure’s core products designed for financial institutions. Underwriting management and policy services will remain with BancInsure. This includes Directors and Officers Liability, Financial Institution Bond, Kidnap & Ransom, Excess Deposit Bond, Commercial Package Policy, and Lenders Single Interest.
