BRIEF: Erie man cited in fatal crash [Erie Times-News, Pa.]

Sept. 30--Erie police have filed three traffic citations against a city man in an August traffic accident that killed a motorcyclist.

Richard B. Wolfram, 20, was cited for failing to yield while turning left, careless driving-unintentional death and failure to have insurance in an Aug. 21 accident that killed Elliot Tirpak, 22.

Police said Wolfram was turning left into a driveway in the 1000 block of West 21st Street when he pulled into the path of a motorcycle driven by Tirpak.
