BRIEF: Chesapeake house fire displaces two adults

Heavy smoke and flames were coming from the house when they arrived five minutes later, according to Capt.
Less than 30 minutes later, the fire was under control. The blaze originated in a malfunctioning exterior HVAC unit and left the house is uninhabitable, Saunders said.
No injuries were reported.
Two adults were displaced and are working with their insurance company for lodging arrangements.
