WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Audax Health™, an end-to-end digital health company, today announced the addition of three prominent industry leaders to its executive team: Miles Reidy as chief financial officer; Brian Dolan as chief customer solutions officer; and Frank Ambrose as executive vice president, platform and technology. These executives will help the company to rapidly expand its product set and grow to meet continued market demands for improvement in today’s healthcare system.

Miles Reidy is a seasoned financial services and retail executive with a strong track record in managing complex, analytical projects. As CFO of Audax Health, Mr. Reidy will lead the company’s overall corporate financial strategy. Prior to joining Audax, he was chief operating officer and CFO of Network Solutions, one of the largest domestic providers of Internet hosting and marketing services for small businesses. Under his leadership, Network Solutions reduced operating expenses by more than 25 percent over 18 months and grew sales by five percent without increasing market investment. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reidy was executive vice president and CFO of Sears Holding Corp, and also served as cost executive at Capital One Financial Corporation, where he reduced overall expenses by $1 billion.

With more than 25 years of healthcare and consulting experience, Brian Dolan brings an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities within today’s healthcare system to Audax Health. As chief customer solutions officer, Mr. Dolan will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue strategy. Before Audax, he served as chief customer solutions officer of Active Health Management, a leading provider of health management services that supports more than 22 million people, and senior vice president of business development for Uniprise, a United Health Group business providing benefit delivery and service solutions for large employers. Previously, he has held a number of leadership roles at well-known organizations, including Towers Perrin, Hewitt Associates Group, Tufts Health Plan and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Frank Ambrose joins Audax Health with more than 20 years of leadership experience in planning and building global telecommunications and data networks, developing software and managing large scale IT infrastructure. Mr. Ambrose’s responsibilities as executive vice president, platform and technology at Audax will include strategic development and operation of the Careverge™ platform and future solutions. An accomplished technology and organizational strategist with experience working at various Fortune 100 companies, such as MCI Telecommunications and AOL, Mr. Ambrose most recently worked in the worlds of gaming and social networking as senior vice president of global technology for Linden Lab. In this role, he led all platform development and operations of the virtual world SecondLife.
