Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. Announces Appointment of Michael Moore as New President of Subsidiary, NLT Title, LLC

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG), the only bar-related title insurance company based in Illinois, recently appointed veteran employee Michael Moore as the new president of its subsidiary, NLT Title, LLC. Moore began his new position Oct. 1, 2010. NLT’s offices are located in the northwest Illinois cities of Belvidere, Crystal Lake and Rockford. Moore will be responsible for NLT Title’s seven staff members, sales strategy and revenue, coordination with ATG and overall growth. NLT provides title searches, real estate closings, escrows, title insurance and marketing assistance to lawyers, real estate brokers/salespersons and lenders. As an agent of ATG, NLT's primary focus is to market title and related services to attorneys in north central Illinois. NLT’s territory includes Boone, DeKalb, McHenry, Ogle, Stephenson and Winnebago Counties.

Moore began with ATG in 1992 as a Torrens Department Supervisor. He has worked with and maintained management responsibilities with several ATG departments, including: Search, Audit, Disbursement Accounting, Closing and Title Services. His most recent role was to serve as the single point of contact between ATG and its four regional title companies, all located in the Chicago suburbs. This included overseeing several suburban closing offices and 11 employees.
