The heart of TherapyNotes is the electronic medical records notes system designed specifically for psychiatrists, psychologists, and other psychotherapists. The notes were carefully designed by Debra Pliner, Ph.D. with corroboration from other psychologists, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.
