Alamo Capital Hires Matthew P. Deane as the New Senior Vice President

Alamo Capital, a San Francisco Bay Area investment services company (alamocapital.com), announced Matthew P. Deane will be the Senior Vice President for their New York branch. Mr. Deane will manage the East Coast Public Finance Department, and expand Alamo Capital's existing and new business relationships in New York.
Mr. Deane has over 35 years of extensive experience in all aspects of the municipal bond industry, including, Investment Banking, Risk Management, Trading & Underwriting Management and Regulatory Oversight. As an Investment Banker, major issuers across the country have turned to Mr. Deane to create realistic debt solutions for infrastructure projects and government driven financial programs. With his deep understanding and experience with client needs, Mr. Deane has produced financial solutions for water & sewer, mass transit, road construction, schools, health care, government facilities and higher education. Mr. Deane has played an integral role in the development and implementation of some of the most efficient and productive solutions in the marketplace today. Throughout his career Mr. Deane has senior and co-senior managed tens of billions of dollars in transactions for major issuers across the United States including the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation, the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority, California Public Works Board, Commonwealth of Massachusetts General Obligation, Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust, and State of New Jersey Pension Obligation Bonds. Mr. Deane has specialized in infrastructure financing, both within the United States and internationally, and has created innovative structures for State Revolving Funds around the country. Mr. Deane has served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Public Finance Group at Merrill Lynch & Company; was a Co-Founder of Reinoso and Company; and was a Principal/Partner at L.F. Rothschild & Company, where he served as Co-Head of the Municipal Bond Department. Mr. Deane is a graduate of the Boston College, Carroll School of Management. Matthew holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
