Aetna Extends Health Program to Holders of AARP Essential Premier Health Insurance [Manufacturing Close – Up]

Aetna announced it is extending its Simple Steps to a Healthier Life Program available to policy-holders of AARP Essential Premier Health Insurance, insured by Aetna.

<p lede="true">The company reported that the online program, which is already available to Aetna's employer customers, includes a simple health assessment to help members understand their current health and possible health risks.

"We're pleased to provide our AARP Essential Premier Health Insurance members with the opportunity to participate in the Simple Steps To A Healthier Life Program," said Ann Bryan, Vice President and head of the AARP-branded program at Aetna. "A person's health status can change as they age. This program can help members gain a solid understanding of their health status, identify opportunities for them to achieve their optimal health, and provide the tools and resources to help them achieve realistic health goals."

Members can print and share the reports with their doctor, or create customized goals for their personal use.

AARP Essential Premier Health Insurance members can access the Simple Steps To A Healthier Life Program through AARPAetnaNavigator.com, Aetna's secure member website.
