AIA Congratulates Chubb, The Hanover, The Hartford, Travelers and Zurich on Being Named A Top 10 Commercial Carrier

WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- The American Insurance Association issued the following news release:

Leigh Ann Pusey, president and CEO of the American Insurance Association (AIA), congratulated Chubb, The Hanover, The Hartford, Travelers and Zurich on being named a Top 10 Commercial Carrier by PC360 in its biennial Producer Survey. In partnership with Flaspohler Research Group, PC360 surveyed more than 400 independent producers about insurer utilization, performance, perceptions of insurers and additional related topics. Insurers were then scored on 10 factors including: financial security, brand reputation, responsive service and claims handling.
