ACE Names Paul O’Neill As Senior Vp And Chief Underwriting Officer In North America Property Division

Insurance and reinsurance companies The ACE Group headed by ACE Limited (NYSE:ACE) named on Wednesday Paul O'Neill as senior VP and chief underwriting officer of its North America Property & Specialty Lines Division.
O'Neill will report to Paul McNamee, president of North America Property & Specialty and based in Atlanta to oversee all underwriting, pricing and reinsurance strategies, policies and procedures and implementation of the division's business plan.
With over three decades insurance industry experience, O'Neill has served in leadership roles in different property, marine and energy-related underwriting units at ACE and its predecessor organisations. He is the vice chairman of the board of directors of American Nuclear Insurers and serves on ACE's Executive and Security Committees as well.
Additionally, O'Neill will continue to be in charge of the ACE Program Relationship Manager for Starr Tech, providing ACE's solutions to the nuclear industry and lead the ACE Property & Marine Cash Flow unit.
