Patrick Johnston, Cofounder of 3F Captive Services, was raised in California's Central Valley. Patrick has a deep background in the agriculture industry. He owns farmland and has over a decade of experience owning and operating a dairy farming operations. His extensive connections with industry professionals, trade organizations, and consultants make him a valuable resource in the captive insurance sector. Patrick holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University).

Jonathan Strike, Cofounder of 3F Captive Services, has spent his 20-year career in financial services and FinTech. Jonathan has significant experience as an operator, investor, and asset manager. He built, launched, and ran SoFi's mortgage product and led venture and credit investments at Colchis Capital. Jonathan is also an inventor with five utility patents. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
