CIGNA Disability Nurse Case Manager Earns Dorland Health People Awards Honor
Cathy Murdoch earns award honoring health care professionals who make a difference- Three other
CIGNA employees were named finalists in their category

- Work with customers regularly over the phone
- Interact with customers’ doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to help coordinate care and services
- Lead efforts with teams within
CIGNA , including vocational rehabilitation counselors and professionals in claims and billing, to help determine how people can get the most from their disability benefits and return to work when it is safe to do so. - Communicate with employers to determine if special work accommodations can be made so employees can return to work and employers can retain valued employees.
