19 out of 20: Amica earns "Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Homeowners Insurance"

J.D. Power awarded Amica Insurance "Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Homeowners Insurance" in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM.

This marks the 19th time in the last 20 years that Amica has finished in the top spot. To date, Amica has received 54 J.D. Power awards for customer satisfaction, which is more than any other insurance company.

This year, Amica's score of 854 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 29 points higher than the industry average.
