Linda Hill Joining Brightway as HR Director

Linda Hill, PHR, SHRM-CP is bringing 27 years of experience to Brightway in the role of HR Director, the company announced.

Brightway is the nation's seventh largest Personal Lines independent agency, selling property/casualty insurance through a network of franchised locations around the country.

Effective Monday, July 13, Hill will be responsible for Brightway's HR strategies, continuing to develop and foster its culture, and ensuring Brightway continues to be an employer of choice in Jacksonville.

Hill most recently served as VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Cypress Property & Casualty Insurance Company in Jacksonville where she was responsible for strategic leadership of the company's HR initiatives including talent acquisition, policy and procedures administration, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits and employee relations and retention.

Her experience also includes key HR roles at The Main Street America Group, Convergys, and CSX Transportation in Jacksonville. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
