A plan to pave and patch 29 streets, at total of 6.2 miles, passed unanimously after being added to commissioners' agenda at the last minute.
The state Local Maintenance Improvement Grant Program will pay for the work, according to the resolution. The required local match will come from special purpose local option sales tax funds, Fortson said.
