She was placed on one year probation, her operator's license was suspended for one year and she must complete an alcohol assessment. Her BAC was 0.148 and she must have no consumption of alcohol.

Megan K. Smith, 28, 1353 Perkins Drive, Apt. 61, Wooster, was fined $750 for DUI and sentenced to 45 days in jail, with 40 days served on house arrest. He was placed on 18 months probation, his operator's license was suspended for three years, his vehicle was immobilized for 90 days and he must complete alcohol school. His BAC was 0.210.

Matthew L. Endress, 40, 120 Pondview Circle, Rittman, was fined $750 for DUI and $100 for failure to control. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail, with 30 days served on house arrest, was placed on 18 months probation and his operator's license was suspended for one year. He must complete an alcohol/drug assessment. His BAC was 0.206. This is his third offense.

David D. Ritter, 51, 426 Coal Bank Road, Doylestown, was fined $600 for driving while intoxicated and having no driver's license. Ritter was ordered to spend three days in jail, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and had his driver's license suspended for one year.

He was placed on one year probation, his operator's license was suspended for one year and he must complete a drug assessment. He must submit to random drug screens.

James W. Cranston, 50, 10432 Mount Eaton Road, Wadsworth, was fined $750 for driving while under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 24 days served on house arrest. He was placed on 18 months probation, his operator's license was suspended for three years and he must complete an alcohol/drug assessment. His breath-alcohol content was 0.204.

WAYNE COUNTY

Robert W. Holmes, 40, of 152 Jessica Drive, Dover, was sentenced to 180 days in Wayne County Jail, with 40 days credit and the balance suspended if he pays $1,075 in restitution, on one count of passing bad checks, a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from a 2012 case.

Demetrious D. Reed, 30, of 709 N. Pine, Chicago, was sentenced to a six-month license suspension on one count of permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered to pay fines and costs and forfeit two firearms and $211. The charge stems from an incident in 2004.
