Upon arrival at the scene, deputy Clint Wright observed a white Chrysler Sebring traveling on east 6th Street. Upon activating the emergency equipment on his vehicle in order to conduct a traffic stop, the vehicle continued westbound on 6th Street before finally pulling over.
