Insurers overallfiled rate requests reflecting changes for small-business, or small group, premiums ranging from an increase of 19.9 percent to a cut of 33.4 percent. The statewide average is an increase of 2.9 percent.
For individual plans, rate changes vary from a hike of 12.1 percent to a reduction of 42.7 percent. The statewide average is an increase of 0.7 percent.
