Sen. Wicker Introduces Bill on Relief from Surcharges to Small Businesses

WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., has introduced legislation (S. 2172) to amend the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to provide relief from surcharges to small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
The bill was introduced on July 18. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
