Rep. Yoho Introduces Bill to Remove Penalties for Health Insurers

WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Rep. Ted Yoho, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (H.R. 352) to "remove penalties for health insurers under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 8 and was co-sponsored by Reps. Randy Weber, R-Texas, Brian Babin, R-Texas, Scott Desjarlais, R-Tenn., and Bob Gibbs, R-Ohio. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
