Rep. Lujan Introduces Bill on Children’s Health Insurance Program

WASHINGTON, June 22 -- Rep. Ben Lujan, D-N.M., has introduced legislation (H.R. 2959) to amend title XXI of the Social Security Act "to allow for parent mentors to be eligible to receive outreach and enrollment grants under the Children's Health Insurance Program under such title."
The bill was introduced on June 20. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
