Rep. Bilirakis Introduces Bill on Children’s Health Insurance Buy-In Programs

WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- Rep. Gus Bilirakis, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (H.R. 3927) to amend title XXI "to allow for the blending of risk pools of children's health insurance buy-in programs with the risk pools of State child health plans under such title."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 3. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means committees.
