Nov. 3--Tracey Cathey McNeill, 50, of Raeford, surrendered Thursday to law enforcement officers on charges of wire and mail fraud, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

McNeill received more than $90,000 in benefits from the two agencies, the release said.
If convicted, McNeill could face as many as 20 years in federal prison.
