--Cut property taxes by 30 percent over five years. He said this can be done without gutting programs and services in the state. Most of that can be done by the state taking over Medicaid, but he also said state spending should be capped and corruption should end in state government.
--Making the 2 percent property tax cap permanent.
--Getting rid of the Safe Act, which Cuomo says protects a person's right to own and buy a gun, but which others believe squashes that right. "I support the Second Amendment (the right of people to keep and bear arms). The governor has infringed on that right," Molinaro said.
--Put money into infrastructure such as roads, bridges, the Internet.
--End corruption in state government. "We have to stop the pay-to-play politics," Molinaro said.
