"When the Trump administration cuts that funding, they're sabotaging the health care system," Warren said. "They're driving up costs for health insurance to try to break the health care system instead of trying to make it work."
Warren said lawmakers are discussing legislative initiatives to push the Trump administration to spend the money so people are aware of open enrollment for Obamacare and where to find affordable health insurance.
