Ferguson said a plaque will be dedicated to thank first responders and everyone else who stepped up to help during the difficult times during and after the blaze.

Games, crafts, hay rides face painting and a playground will be available for children.
A horseshoe tournament, pie eating contest and pumpkin decorating contest will be part of the event.
