Life Sentence In Schenectady Murder-For-Life-Insurance Plot Mastermind
Feb. 27– Feb. 27– SCHENECTADY– Tarchand Lall was sentenced Wednesday to life in prison for arranging the 2016 contract killing of Charles “Chuck” Dembrosky in a scheme to reap $150,000 in life insurance proceeds. Schenectady County Judge Matthew Sypniewski delivered the maximum penalty in the case, a punishment that means Lall, 54, will die in prison.
