HHS Scrubs $11.5B In Risk Corridor Funding From Budget
HHS has removed $11.5 billion in proposed funding for the risk corridor program from its budget proposal. The change comes after attorneys with Moda Health Plan and Land of Lincoln, which are suing the government for unpaid risk corridor funding, pointed out the discrepancy between the proposed funding and the DOJ’s legal arguments.
