Credit Suisse Mulling Business Overhaul Through Merger Deal With UBS
Credit Suisse Group CS took the biggest hit among its peers following the collapse of Archegos Capital Management in March, losing $5.5 billion. This could include a likely merger with UBS Group AG UBS, per three people familiar about the matter. Notably, divesting the U.S. investment bank is also an option.
