CHSI Technologies Celebrates Mid-Year Successes

PR Web

HENDERSON, Nev. (PRWEB) June 29, 2018

CHSI Technologies, Inc., a provider of enterprise-class insurance software, is pleased to announce its positive market position at the mid-year mark, adding new customers across the nation to the CHSI family of insurers as well as new feature/functionality to its Connections® suite of core insurance software.

"We are excited at the progress we have made on behalf of our customers, both existing and new," says Jim Leftwich, CHSI Technologies' Founder and CEO. "This year to date we have been able to assist several new customers in their quest to improve their business operations with the use of our policy administration, underwriting, CRM, billing and receivables and claims integration software."

One such customer, a Midwest self-insured group that provides coverage and risk management to cities, villages and other governmental agencies, chose the CRM module from Connections® to improve internal operations related to task management associated with member and policyholder information.

Another, a state-wide, non-profit federation from the East coast that administers various insurance programs to the state's school systems, successfully launched the policy and underwriting modules of CHSI Connections® core systems software suite, using the software to securely and efficiently process online renewals of property and casualty (P&C) coverage for its school district members.

CHSI also added two workers' compensation insurers located in the Southeast in the first half of 2018; the first, a seasoned self-insured group that provides coverage and safety training to sub-contractors, will use Connections® to improve workflows related to member management. The second, a growing organization that operates as an insurance and risk management group to provide small businesses with an array of insurance, risk management and financing solutions, will use Connections® to improve processing of its workers' comp coverage and cost-effectively streamline new business processing.

Finally, a Texas-based brokerage that provides transportation liability programs will leverage CHSI's Connections® policy, billing and portal modules to improve and expedite the services they deliver to their clients.

CHSI's cloud-based Connections® system enables all customers to enjoy continuous minor and major upgrades. Since early 2018, CHSI's major improvements include a redesign of its Underwriters' Workbench for efficiency and ease of use, and improved navigation and search capabilities in its CRM module.

"We built the Connections® platform with key functional modules that are flexible and can be configured to fit the unique needs of small P&C, as well as commercial Workers' Comp carriers, municipal risk pools, captives and self-insured groups," says Leftwich. "Our efforts to pursue excellence in delivery of products and services will continue and we look forward to exceeding the expectations of the small insurance market."
