Businesses looking ahead after devastating tornado
"According to the owners, this building is most likely going to be demolished," Fabrizio said. "So, we're trying to take the contents out of here as fast as we can. That way, we can bring them back to our facility, assess them to see what's salvageable, what we can clean and what we can restore. So when the business reopens we can return all of the items to the new store. I know it's hard and right now, it looks like one giant mess, but we're here to help and make things easier."
Fabrizio said he believes they will be done cleaning out Music-Go-Round by Monday at the latest. But, for others it will take much longer to rebuild what was destroyed Wednesday night.
"We're actively looking for a temporary space within the Arena Hub area because we want to stay here," Gallagher said. "We hope to have a temporary store set up in the next few weeks while we work on rebuilding this. We figure it's going to take three years for the entire process of rebuilding. We have to plan and we don't even know what its going to look like. Probably sometime in the summer of 2021 the public will see a brand new
Gallagher and the rest of his staff rented their own machines to clear out the debris in the parking lots. However, many other companies on
"We're getting the property under control by isolating the buildings with significant damage," Tamburro said. "We are also opening stores that can be reopened, as quickly as possible. We're doing our best to accommodate them, but also safety is our number one priority."
Tamburro brought in Belfor Property Restoration to get the premises back on its feet and to help manage the cleanup.

"One goal right now is to get people back to their jobs and get the merchants back out there," Felix said. "Our biggest issue right now is crowd control. I understand everyone wants to see what happened, but with all the large equipment we are using, it's a safety hazard and we don't want anyone getting hurt. Out here safety is our number one concern."
Businesses such as
"I understand time is money, and people need to get back to work," Tamburro said. "But we need to make sure the property is as safe as possible before this plaza gets back to where it was, before Wednesday night's traumatic event."
