Northeast Ohio African American Health Network, to support the Soul Food Cooking for Diabetics program, which includes nutrition education, food samples and cookbooks for residents with diabetes,

Open Arms Adoptions, to increase awareness and support for keeping adoptable siblings together when finding permanent homes,
