Little apologized to anyone hurt by his conduct, which he called "inconsistent with how I was raised and otherwise lived my life.
"I intended no harm to anyone in any capacity," he said in asking Wood for leniency.
He will be allowed to remain free on pre-trial release until he has to report to a designated prison within 30 days.

He also must serve a three-year supervised term after he's released from prison, Wood ruled. Dailey also will be allowed to remain free until he has to report to a designated prison within 30 days.
Dailey pleaded guilty in January to two bank fraud counts. As part of his agreement, prosecutors capped his sentence at 48 months.
In court Wednesday, Dailey's wife, Susan, made a tearful plea to Wood for leniency, telling the judge, "What you read (about) is not my husband. What you read is so out of character for him. He is the one everybody turns to."
She was one of several character witnesses who presented testimony of Dailey's community involvement and role as a family man.

Solari urged Wood to sentence Dailey to the 42-month term contained in the plea agreement.
When his turn came to speak, Dailey told Wood he "cannot apologize deeply enough" for his conduct.
"I accept responsibility. ... I let so many people down for what I did and what I should have done," Dailey said in asking the court for leniency.
