Dubuque police reported:
* Marvin Hall, 21, no permanent address, was arrested at 11:51 a.m. Thursday on a warrant charging second-degree robbery. Police said Hall and another individual assaulted and stole the wallet of Olivia N. Parker, 23, Rickardsville, Iowa, who was giving the individuals a ride from a business located at 20th and Jackson streets. Hall is being held on $50,000 cash bond.
* Joshua N. Kaplin, 44, of Dubuque, was stopped Thursday evening on Dodge Street westbound at Bluff Street in a vehicle reported stolen and held on warrants charging felony escape and theft of property. He also was charged with no insurance and no driver's license. The vehicle was reported stolen in Bismarck, N.D., on Aug. 31 by registered owner Gerald P. Harmon, no age available. Bismarck Police said the motor vehicle theft remains under investigation.
* John H. Meinert, 48, 9830 Janelle Court, reported $600 worth of items stolen from his residence between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.
