After police continued to interview Walton about the 2005 Honda Civic, which had a smashed windshield and dented hood, Walton told police he "dope pawned" the car. Police said Walton told them that he threatened to call the police on his drug dealer days ago and the dealer told Walton where he could find the car. Walton said he reported the car stolen because he didn't want to tell his mom what he did. Police said Walton's mother owns the car.
Walton and Jones were taken into custody after telling officers they were planning on filing an insurance claim to fix the car.
Walton is in jail on
