The commonwealth recommends a 30-day sentence conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months pending no further violations of the law, meaning that over a period of 12 months Cessna will be jailed for 30 days for any violation of the law. Cessna also faces a 30-day suspension of his license and "minimal" fines.
