Bradley and the Ray family both occupy office space in the green building, but that's not what makes it unique.
Maybe it's the solar panels on the roof, or the reproduced construction materials and bricks that make it stand. Or it could be the earth-friendly carpeting and paint, or the access to electric vehicle charging ports.
All of it makes up an earth-first project designed to save resources.
"All three of us are just proud of it," Ray said. "I didn't expect it to turn out the way it did."
One added bonus is the low-cost nature of the building and the wealth of tax credits available for green structures, which Ray said will allow owners to recoup their investment in a relatively speedy three to four years.
