The newly redesigned app allows you to view the card on the screen of your smartphone, as well as print, fax or email it to your dentist.

The updated mobile application, now available at no cost to iPhone® and Android™ users, provides consumers with additional capabilities. The app features improved Find-a-Dentist and Find-an-Eye Doctor functionality.
